Every Lovibly gift is made with care and inspected before shipping.

Our Guarantee We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective we will send a full replacement immediately — no questions asked.

Damaged or Defective Items Simply email us at hello@lovibly.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement right away.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item email us immediately and we will correct it at no cost to you.

Returns Due to the personal and sentimental nature of our gifts we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. However we always make it right if something goes wrong.

Refunds Refunds are issued in cases of:

• Item not received after 30 days
• Damaged item where replacement is not desired
• Wrong item sent

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
